RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange size/color simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account.
Merchandise must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and must have all original tags attached.
Footwear must include the original box in its original condition.
Unfortunately, intimates cannot be returned.
If jewelry or accessories come with an original designer packaging, it must be returned with the item.
Final Sale items (70% off) may not be returned.
HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN
- Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage the merchandise. If returning shoes do not use shoe box as your shipping box.

- Ship your return using trackable and insured shipping method. LabNo25 is not responsible for packages we do not ship.
